You start by completing a short intake form so we can check conflicts and confirm we are a good fit. Once cleared, you will provide us a copy of your agreement and additional context, and then we provide clear, actionable review with key risks, insights, and suggested next steps.

Turnaround is typically fast to match the pace of employment decisions. Most reviews are completed within a couple of business days, with expedited options available when timing is critical. Please let us know your timing expectations on the intake form.

You will receive a straightforward breakdown of your agreement, including key risks, what is standard or not, and where you may have leverage, along with practical guidance on how to move forward.
